There are no indoor seating, but outdoor seating only. You can only fit 5 people at a time inside. I got the Sausage, Egg, & Cheese bagel and it was good! You can choose your bagel, any add-ons, and cream cheese flavor. They do have mobile order, so that may be quicker than going in and ordering if the line is long. The bagel didn't overpower with cream cheese, and everything tasted good. Recommendation(s): - Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Bagel Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - You can do mobile order - No indoor seating, only outdoor - 5 people at a time to go inside to order since it's really small

I went by for a quick breakfast. The staff was nice and patient. They answered all of my questions and gave suggestions. The alleyway is cute and picturesque. The bagel that I ordered was delicious. My drink was just okay - not too much flavor in my lavender cold brew. The only con was how loud it was in the area - you couldn't hear the wait staff call names for orders. But other than that, I enjoyed the restaurant.

I finally went here when they weren't so busy. And was able to get my order vetting quickly. You do have to wait outside for your order since. Latte was pretty good. Nice place to go when they aren't super busy.

Hero is truly a hidden gem in the Loop. I stopped in today with a coworker to grab a coffee and a bite, and I'm so glad we stumbled across it. I had the pride latte (lavender syrup and oat milk) and the "Usual Suspect" (bacon, egg, cheese, and cream cheese) on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. I've never had cream cheese on a breakfast sandwich before, but clearly, I've been missing out because it was delicious! One thing to note is that their eggs are runny, so ask for it well done if you're not into that. Overall, a 4.9/5 and a new spot I will happily be adding to my breakfast/coffee rotation.

This is a small independent coffee shop in the loop that makes good coffee and the service is fast and friendly. But this place is best only if you're on the go. There's only a handful of tables outside and none inside. In fact, only a few people at a time can even fit inside. You just order and then exit. Your order will be called from the window promptly. The alley with the tables is really cute. A little hideaway. But on nice days, those tables are always full. I did finally get a table today, but only because it was cool and raining.
